Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan Dalam Penanganan Kemiskinan Di Desa Peradong Kecamatan Simpang Teritip Kabupaten Bangka Barat

Abstract

The process of implementing the Family Expectancy Program (FEP) is carried out in accordance with existing procedures through the technical guidelines and FEP guidelines. To determine which families are eligible for assistance through verification first from central data, then determined by village officials and village assistants in village deliberations which are held every time there is a notification from the center. After the data is obtained, and has gone through village deliberations, then the head of the RT, RW and Kadus move to record families who are eligible to receive FEP assistance. Therefore, this study examines the implementation of the Family Expectancy Program (FEP) in dealing with poverty in Peradong Village. the purpose of this study is to look at the implementation process of the Family Expectancy Program (FEP) in dealing with povety, so that later it can create a better quality of life. The theory used in this research is David C. Korten’s implementation. The results of this sudy indicate that the existence of the Family Exectancy Program (FEP) is able to reduce poverty by providing understanding related to a better quality of  life for KPM. Forms of support and obstacles lie in cooperation and communication between implementers and KPM.
