Author Guidelines

Scripta is an open-access journal that operates under a fair and transparent author fee policy. As part of our commitment to promoting academic research and knowledge dissemination, we charge a nominal article processing fee of Rp 100.000,- for manuscript publication.

Our open-access policy allows authors to publish their research at an affordable cost, ensuring that their work is freely accessible to a global audience. The article processing fee covers the cost of manuscript handling, peer review management, editorial services, digital archiving, and website maintenance.

We believe that this nominal author fee maintains our commitment to inclusivity and enables researchers, especially those from low-income countries, to contribute to the advancement of multidisciplinary research.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
