Implementasi PERDA Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung No. 7 Tahun 2012 Tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan Perusahaan : Studi Kasus CSR PT. TIMAH Tbk. Tahun 2023 Di Pangkalpinang

Abstract

Regional Regulation of Bangka Belitung Province No. 7 of 2012 on Corporate
Social and Environmental Responsibility was made to implement Law No. 40 of
2007 on Limited Liability Companies. However, in the implementation of the local
regulation, there are problems in the implementation of corporate social and
environmental responsibility. Therefore, this study aims to examine and find out
how the implementation of corporate social and environmental responsibility
through PT TIMAH Tbk. as an implementor and how the obstacles faced by PT
TIMAH Tbk. The theory used is the policy implementation theory of Donald Van
Metter and Carl Van Horn (1975). The research method used in this research is
qualitative research method, with data collection techniques of interviews,
documentation and observation. The results showed that the role of PT TIMAH
Tbk. as an implementor in implementing corporate social and environmental
responsibility regulations through the csr division of PT TIMAH Tbk. in the field
of micro & small business funding and the social & environmental field carried out
various csr activities in partnership programs and other social programs on an
ongoing basis for the community and coordinated and evaluated their
implementation. In implementing the local regulation, PT TIMAH Tbk.
experienced several challenges so that the csr objectives were not maximized in its
implementation.
