Coastal areas or islands are a border area between land and sea. One of the islands in Bangka Belitung is Lepar Pongok Sub-district, South Bangka Regency. South Bangka is the largest district in Bangka Belitung. Lepar Pongok is an area that has productive marine resources and ecosystems. Thus, the budget provided by the local government is also special. The style of the budget for the islands has its own characteristics. This is due to several factors owned by the islands. The budget for each village is different. But in carrying out budget governance (APBDes) there are still some obstacles such as delays in collecting SPJ.
